Anabolic Supa Whey is a complete solution to post-training amino recovery. The high naturally occurring Glutamine, BCAA and EAA component is complemented with additional muscle-building compounds like Creatine, Glycine and ZMA. The Fortified, fast-digesting protein aids in the repairing of muscle tissue as well as immune and energy recovery.
Protein is the building block of the body and it is imperative that when we overload the muscles to induce growth, we then feed the body to restore itself and hence build bigger and stronger muscle tone. The ideal time for this to happen is in the post-training anabolic window when the body reacts like a sponge after it has been depleted. Anabolic Supa Whey is a cost-effective way of shuttling in vital post-training nutrients so that this growth can take place.
Anabolic Supa Whey is fortified with an important muscle-building amino acid called Glycine. It is a powerful anti-oxidant and also a component of creatine. Glycine is the most abundant amino acid in collagen, a structural protein that has several health benefits, including for your skin, joints and bones. Glycine may lower heart disease risk factors by preventing the build-up of a molecule associated with heart disease and by increasing your body’s ability to use nitric oxide.
Anabolic Supa Whey contains Creatine. Supplementing with Creatine provides additional ATP energy, which improves high-intensity exercise performance. Creatine can stimulate several key biological processes that lead to increased muscle growth and size. Creatine is the world’s most effective supplement for high-intensity sports. It offers benefits regardless of your current fitness level. Creatine can increase both short- and long-term muscle mass. It is the most effective muscle-building supplement available.
